giftsfrombritsabroad com acts as a disclosed agent of third party suppliers.
This is the agreement which governs your use of this website and the purchase by you of the services and products we undertake to bring to you through our website.

Orders
We are unable to cancel orders after they have been dispatched.

All orders must be inspected within 7 days of delivery, and any damage made know to ourselves within said period at orders@giftsfrombritsabroad.com

Delivery
We will always attempt to deliver items within 1 or 2 days or on the day requested but do not guarantee delivery on a specific day.

The carrier will attempt to deliver the product on 2 consecutive days and will leave a card with a telephone number if no one is home after which you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with the carrier for delivery of the products. The carrier will return your order usually within 7 days following 3 attempts.

Cut Off Times for Dispatching Orders
Cut off times for next working day delivery are Monday to Thursday 2 PM GMT any order received after 2PM GMT Thursdays until Midnight Sunday will be processed to arrive the following Tuesday.
Where available we offer Guaranteed next working day delivery service or Saturday delivery. Orders for Friday delivery must be received before 2PM GMT Thursdays and Orders for Saturday delivery must be received before 2PM GMT Fridays
Delivery service is NOT available on Sundays or UK public holidays.

Intoxicating Liquor
The suppliers we recommend may sell products containing intoxicating liquor. Pursuant to the Licensing Act 1995 it is an offense for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of £1000.  You will be asked at check out to confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that you are not attempting to purchase liquor for a person under the age of 18.

None of the information contained in the Terms & Conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Wine or spirit items will be delivered with next working day courier service (not guaranteed) Monday to Friday and will require a signature from a person over the age of 18.

Flowers
The items you order will be packed fresh in the afternoon and delivered to the address of your choice. Some items in the range are sent by First Class Parcel Post. The delivery cost is included in the price of the bouquet. When standard postal services (1 to 2 day services) are used for dispatch from giftsfrombritsabroad in most instances the flowers arrive the next day but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. All delivery dates are deemed to be accurate to within one day.
With standard delivery service when the flowers are required to arrive on a Saturday they will normally be sent on Thursday. The bouquet may arrive a day early, but this saves the possibility of them being delayed over a weekend.

Prices.
All prices include service and delivery and are shown on the purchase page. The default currency for this site is British pounds but we will also accept payment in Euros or US dollars.

Perishable Goods (not flowers)
We only deliver perishable goods Monday to Friday with next working day Courier Delivery Service this cost is included in prices shown. In most cases goods are delivered on the requested date but giftsfrombritsabroad do not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
If available we will offer guaranteed Saturday delivery. Orders for guaranteed Saturday delivery must be received before 2PM GMT Fridays.
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.
