This is the agreement which governs your use of this website and the purchase by you of the services and products we undertake to bring to you through our website.

All delivery costs are included in prices shown.
We will always attempt to deliver items within 1 or 2 days or on the day requested but do not guarantee delivery on a specific day.
Delivery service is NOT available on Sundays or UK public holidays.

Request for specified timed delivery.

The request for a delivery at a specific time should be requested after the message in the message and special request box.

The carrier will attempt to deliver the product on 2 consecutive days a card with a telephone number will be left after which you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with the carrier for delivery of the products. The carrier will return your order usually within 7 days following 3 attempts.

Delivery service is NOT available on Sundays or UK public holidays.

Cut off Times for Dispatched Goods.
Cut off times for next working day delivery are Monday to Thursday 2 PM GMT any order received after 2PM GMT Thursdays until Midnight GMT Sunday will be processed to arrive the following Tuesday.

Where available we offer Guaranteed next day delivery service or Saturday delivery. Orders for Friday delivery must be received before 2PM GMT Thursdays and Orders for Saturday delivery must be received before 2PM GMT Fridays

Flowers Standard Delivery.
The items you order will be packed fresh in the afternoon and delivered to the address of your choice. Some items in the range are sent by First Class Parcel Post. The delivery cost is included in the price of the bouquet no extra charges will be added.
When standard postal services (1 to 2 day services) are used for dispatch at giftsfrombritsabroad com in most instances the flowers arrive the next day but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. All delivery dates are deemed to be accurate to within one day.

With standard delivery service when the flowers are required to arrive on a Saturday they will normally be sent on Thursday. The bouquet may arrive a day early, but this saves the possibility of them being delayed over a weekend.

Deluxe Rose Bouquets
Deluxe rose bouquets are delivered by Courier and are guaranteed next day Monday to Friday or specified day. The delivery cost is included in the price of the bouquet.

Perishable Goods (not flowers)
We only deliver perishable goods Monday to Friday with next day Courier Delivery Service not guaranteed. In most cases goods are delivered on the requested date but giftsfrombritsabroad do not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

If available we will offer guaranteed next day courier service or Saturday next day guaranteed delivery service as additional options. Orders for Friday delivery must be received before 2PM GMT Thursdays and Orders for Saturday delivery must be received before 2PM GMT Fridays
